During the work, a huge volume of very complex finishing works was carried out. In particular, the installation of complex plasterboard constructions, puttying, laying tiles, pasting wallpaper. A record amount of Venetian plaster was applied - more than 500 m2. We also mounted, puttyed and painted several thousand meters of polyurethane decorations from the Orac Décor company.

It should be noted that at the beginning of the works at the "Nobilis" hotel, four more companies were working in parallel, which were engaged in finishing works. However, later the "RDZ" company remained the only contractor and renovated dozens of premises with an area of more than 1,500 m2.

Exemplary work at the "Nobilis" hotel allowed the "RDZ" company to confidently take a leading position in the "hoteliers" niche.
We started our cooperation with a pilot project: finishing works of the VIP area of the sixth floor, with an area of 300 m2. We completed the task in one month and proved our ability to work efficiently and efficiently on all the premises of the hotel.
The next task was that the "Nobilis" hotel should be completed and put into operation before EURO 2012. The "RDZ" company completed all the works on time.
During EURO 2012, the Portugal national team lived in the "Nobilis" hotel.
