The work on this object is worth setting as an example for the pace of full reconstruction. The "RDZ" company performed the entire complex of construction and finishing works. We are talking about a complete replacement of the electrical network, plumbing risers, including the basement and the exit to the second floor.

A new water supply and drainage system was also installed. A significant re-planning of the premises was carried out. The entire complex of ceiling, wall, and floor finishing works was carried out. The result is presented in the photos. We would like to add that the rapid pace of reconstruction once again evokes respect for our team. On average, about 45 people worked at the facility at the same time for 33 days.

This object was difficult to implement because: firstly, we had to work in a very short time (33 days), and secondly, there was no project.
We received only an approximate view of the decoration of the entrance area and an approximate layout. Such a volume of information is not enough to implement the project on time.
So the RDZ company had to realize its full potential. Every decision regarding execution and ordering of materials was made "on the knee". And a miracle happened. We met the deadlines without losing the quality of the work performed.
