This project is extremely interesting for us despite the presence of a large degree of risks. Hotel "Dniester" invited the company "RDZ" to take part in the repair of the pilot room. We won this tender and proceeded to repair two floors with a total area of 1200 m2. Our company carried out a complete reconstruction of 56 rooms and all corridors.

Complete dismantling of all appliances, plaster, tiles, etc. was done. Electrical and plumbing networks were installed and batteries were replaced. Later, the equipment was installed. Walls were plastered, drywall was installed on the ceiling, tiles were laid in 58 bathrooms, wallpaper was glued, ceilings were painted, floors were leveled and carpeting was installed.

The main feature of this project was the term - three months, despite the fact that the hotel continued to receive guests during the renovation.
In this mode, there were many stops. The work was carried out in the winter with the radiators removed, so the main concern was whether the walls would dry properly.
It was hard to believe that it was really possible to implement such a huge volume of work with high quality, but our company managed it. With the help of electric heating and industrial dehumidifiers, we managed to achieve the desired result. Thanks to this project, we gained invaluable experience.
