Our company performed a complete reconstruction of the mini-hotel "Sakvoyazh" as a general contractor. They also engaged in the improvement of the surrounding area.

We carried out all construction and finishing and engineering works on a turnkey basis: starting from lowering the floor level by digging the soil and installing screeds to installing video surveillance, plumbing equipment and painting.

First of all, there was the question of what volume of internal and external work should be carried out in order to "extract" the maximum from this room. Work began in close contact with the customer, later architects and designers joined.
