This is the first object that the "RDZ" company as a general contractor performed in the country complex "Edem Resort Medical & SPA". We did a complete reconstruction of the building, which once served as a boiler room. Our company carried out all the necessary calculations and carried out work on insulation and decoration of a complex facade, installation of heating systems.

Water supply, drainage, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning. The entire complex of construction and finishing works was also carried out, including the installation of an open fireplace. Completed all landscaping works. In a word, they provided all works "on a turnkey basis".

The clubhouse was a test facility for "RDZ". Our company was given the task of finding optimal solutions for carrying out work.
There was no project, so every step was agreed with the customer. After the completion of the club house, we continued to work on other objects of the country complex "Edem Resort Medical & SPA".
