We acted as general contractor at this facility. We can safely call this project the most difficult in the history of the "RDZ" company. We entered a poorly insulated building that stands in the middle of the lake. It is connected to the shore by a bridge 50 meters long. That is, all construction materials were carried by our boys by hand, which amounted to 250 tons in total. But the main difficulty was that this building did not have water and sewerage. In order to run these two networks, RDZ had to make unconventional decisions.

We laid a bypass sewer in the water for drainage. On the shore, a hermetic well was installed (which was not easy), into which sewage pipes were cut. Two pumps were installed in the well, which move the waste to the septic tank. Everything looks simple, but divers were also involved, and we bought thermal suits for our boys. We passed the water through a puncture under the bottom of the lake. This procedure turned out to be much simpler. And the rest is a complete complex of construction and finishing works, from stitching, plastering to decorating with plaster stucco. Stairs, portals and fireplace were decorated with granite. All wooden products were installed. All engineering networks were also arranged. All works were carried out taking into account the special wishes of the customer.

The main task was to make a complete exclusive. Find solutions for water supply and drainage. It was also necessary to insulate the building from the inside. There were special wishes for the manufacture of an open fireplace and carpentry. In general, the "RDZ" company coped with all tasks perfectly.
After this project, there are no tasks for us that we cannot implement!
