The "RDZ" company acts as a general contractor in the suburban complex "Edem Resort Medical & SPA". Therefore, the bathhouse complex is one of the many objects we worked on. Performing work in hotels of this level is always a challenge. First, there are never any projects. Secondly, the customer personally decides on each element, and they are always exclusive. Thirdly, the VIP level of visitors to the complex obliges our performers to strict discipline.

Back in 2012, after working with the Nobilis hotel, the "RDZ" company proved its superiority in the "hoteliers" niche. Therefore, we have learned to accept and work perfectly under such specific conditions. The bath complex was handed over to us in the form of a built-up box with a roof. "RDZ" company performed all construction and finishing works. All engineering, screeds, plastering, facade, terraces, laying of large-format tiles, work with old brushed wood (age from 50 years) and other finishing works.

Our company was given the task of decorating the facade and interior details with old wood in the style of a chalet. We also had to insulate the building, install heating and integrate a sauna, bathhouse, hammam and salt room into the system.
During work, we had to make many unusual decisions. As a result, the customer was satisfied with the high level of performance.
